 Shipping Methods;

We ship via UPS Standard Ground (allow 7-10 business days).  Shipping via Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select and UPS Saturday Delivery is available at extra charges according to UPS Rates.  Orders for less than $50 are subject to an additional $7.00 handling charge.  Be sure to specify how you would like to receive your merchandise when you place your order.

Sale Terms:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  We recommend that you inspect all the merchandise thoroughly upon receipt and verify the correctness of the order.  In the event of any shipping error on our part, we will correct it immediately upon verification of the error.  However, you must notify your sales consultant of any discrepancies within 10 days from receipt of goods.

  Return & Exchange Policy:

1) Godmother Wigs takes pride in all the products we sell. If the product you received has a factory defect, we will be happy to EXCHANGE it with the same item. If the same product is out of stock, we will backorder it or exchange it for another product of equal value. We will also refund you for the return freight charge via United State Postal Priority (no express mail) or UPS Standard Ground. Sorry, no refunds.

2) SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! If you are not fully satisfied, exchanges are acceptable under the following conditions. Sorry, no refunds.

a. Return package must be postmarked by the 14th day after your received your package. You will be responsible for the cost of freight for return/exchange.
b. Enclose a copy of your invoice. This is necessary to identify you in our computer system.
c. Items must be in the same as "new" condition with hair net, all tags attached, and all packaging materials.
d.UNUSED.
Even if the wig was only tried on, due to California Sanitation Laws, we are unable to resell the wig as new, therefore, we are unable to furnish a full credit. All items will be inspected by our expert return/exchange department. So items must not be combed, brushed, contain hairspray, or contain any other external odors.
e. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.

3) Godmother Wigs has the right to refuse credit for any items returned or exchanged where the original integrity of the items may have been compromised. Therefore, all returns/exchanges must be in its original condition. Under any circumstances, returned/exchanged items are not to have been cut, altered, or damaged.

Cancellation Charges:
Orders cancelled before they have been shipped will result in a $5 transaction fee. All returns/exchanges/cancellations made after the order has been shipped will result in a 25% re-stocking fee with no refund for any shipping & handling.

Godmother wigs respects the privacy of our customers and visitors, and we keep all customer information strictly confidential. We never sell, distribute, trade, or transfer e-mail addresses or any other personal transaction.
