A: After finding the style you want, go to our COLOR SWATCH page and match your hair to a color on the chart. Note: colors displayed will vary slightly on all computer monitors. Next, see if that color is available in the style you want.

Q: What if there is no match to my hair on the color swatch chart?
A: Send us a small swatch of your hair. Order the closest color that best matches your hair. Proceed to the "Verify Your Order" page. Print out this orderform page and send us your hair swatch. DO NOT CLICK THE SUBMIT BUTTON OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE FILLED IMMEDIATELY. Click here to get our mailing address.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Most of our wigs are available in an "average" size cap, but have adjustable straps inside to tighten or loosen the wig.Some wigs come in a petite or large size cap and will say so in the description next to the wig in our catalog. If there is no mention of the wig's size it is assumed the cap is of "average" size. You can view our Sizing Your Wig page for details on how to measure your head.

Q: How do I take care of a synthetic wig or hairpiece?

Synthetic: easy to maintain (wash-and-wear), less expensive than human hair, easy to style, pre-styled

Human hair: more versatility, longer durability, custom styling and coloring available. You may use curling irons, steam rollers, hot rollers and blow dryers to change or enhance the style.

Q: Is human hair better than synthetic?
Not necessarily...choosing between a human hair wig and a synthetic wig is more of personal preference. For example, a person looking for a wig that is easy to maintain and less expensive would choose a synthetic wig...a person looking for a wig they plan on wearing everyday and that they can curl themselves would choose a human hair wig.
Keep in mind that just because human hair wigs cost more it does not mean they are the "better" wig to buy. Many times a high quality synthetic wig looks more realistic than a low quality human hair wig.

Q: What methods of shipping do you have?
A: We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) anywhere in the world so that all orders are tracked and delivered safely to you. In the UNITED STATES, UPS offers Standard Ground, 3 Day Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services. For International customer, UPS offers Standard, Expedited, and Express services. We will only use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for P.O. Box delivery with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance services. It is important to us that your package gets delivered safely.
