HEAD SIZES FOR WIGS

It’s important to know your head size when purchasing wigs.  Most women fit average head size wigs. That means your head size when measured is between 21" and 22½. To be certain of your head size, measure your head. First, flatten your hair and use a cloth tape measure going around the forehead at the hairline, under the hair, behind the ears and around the nape of the neck. Be certain to avoid pulling the tape as pulling stretches the tape and gives an incorrect measurement.  Keep in mind that every wig has an adjustable tab that changes the size up to one inch up or down for a comfortable and secure fit. 

The following size chart may serve as a guide to purchasing the correct size wig.

Ultra-Petite or Child's   -     Fits head sizes:  19.5" - 18"

 Petite  -                                Fits head sizes:   21" - 20"

Petite/Average  -                Fits head sizes:   20.5" - 21.5"

Average  -                            Fits head sizes:   21.5"- 22.5"

Large/Average  -                Fits head sizes:   22" - 23"

Large  -                                 Fits head sizes:   22.5" - 24"
